Falcons Ridge (FR) procedure for Building on your Lot
Whether you are a long time or a newly acquired lot owner the process is the same for all lot owners
1. Review Covenants and Amendments.
2. Review Resolution 2022-01.
3. Fill out Falcons Ridge Architectural Committee Questionary.
4. Provide building plans with topographic (overhead) view of lot for approximate placement of structure and Architectural Committee Questionary to FR President via Email (president@falconsridge.com)
5. FR President will review your submission to make sure all proper documents are submitted and then forward on to the Architectural Committee Council for approval.
6. Within 30 days of submitted plans you will receive a decision by the Architectural Committee Council through the FR President.
