Annual Dues: $250 per lot and due by October 1 each year. Payments received after October 1 are subject to a $25.00 late fee.
Gate Remote: $25.00
Mailbox: $150 one time fee (*See Below First)

Information & Instructions
Starting in 2018, the Falcon’s Ridge Owners Association dues will be paid via Pay Pal or Credit Card payments powered via Pay Pal. You have the option to pay by check at the address below:
Annual dues are $250 per lot and due by October 1. Payments received after October 1 are subject to a $25.00 late fee.
In order to track dues payments, please include your name (first and last) and lot/block number(s).
If you own more than one lot or are paying dues for the current year and one or more previous years, increase or decrease the quantity once you go to the Shopping Cart.

FR's 2nd 16 mailbox Pedestal has been installed.
If you would like a mailbox you must first contact the FR Secretary David Cate before you make any payments to make sure that there is a box open.
